Fair use policy
We do not apply a hard limit on the usage of our shared infrastructure.
We rely on average usage by our customers that is reasonable and proportional to what the customer has purchased. As long as your usage does not cause any inconvenience to other customers, the limit of your use will not be exceeded.
Should you cause inconvenience and do not comply with our FUP, we reserve the right to disable your package until you solve the problems or have resolved excessive use. If you do not solve the issues within the set timeline (which depends on the impact of excessive usage), then we may close your account. We will of course inform you about this.
With this policy, we want to prevent customers experience issues caused by other customers who are deliberately or unconsciously exploiting our services.
